Jeffrey Blancq, RICP®
Jeffrey Blancq, RICP®, is passionate about giving his clients the tools and education they need to navigate life’s financial challenges. He believes that the more his clients understand, the more confident they feel pursuing their goals — a philosophy that has guided his work in financial services for more than a decade. Jeffrey is the owner of A Blancq Canvas Wealth Management©, and he is affiliated with LPL Financial and Prudential Advisors.
Jeffrey is a financial planner and holds the RICP® designation. Much of his work centers on helping clients build wealth and then turn those assets into dependable income, using strategies tailored to each client’s situation. He also builds retirement accounts designed to cut out unnecessary costs and inefficiencies. He works closely with families, family-owned businesses, and retirees, helping them plan for themselves and their legacies.
A native of Seal Beach, California, Jeffrey spent 20 years living abroad in Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany, along with nearly a year in North Africa. During that time, he worked as an English professor. It was in the classroom that he developed his education-first approach: helping people feel comfortable and confident as they work through major life decisions. He brings that same approach to every client relationship today.
Jeffrey is deeply committed to his community and has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, including the Los Alamitos Youth Center, the Los Angeles Transportation Club (as First Vice President), the Veterans Relief Foundation, and the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce (as GAC Chairman). He is also an active supporter of cancer research, youth organizations, and California’s wine community.
His years in Italy sparked a lasting passion for wine. Jeffrey is a sommelier and judges wine competitions, and he hosts Blends N Trends, a wine-tasting seminar that uses wine to make financial ideas easier to understand.
Jeffrey lives in Orange County with his wife and two children.
